GoodHuman connects Australian human services and NDIS organisations with frontline team members to make sharing details about shifts, payments and care information easy.

To join GoodHuman, you must first be sent an invitation by your organisation currently using the GoodHuman platform.

On the app, team members can:

– See their support schedule
– View customer information and instructions before shifts
– Check-in and out of shifts
– Capture case notes, upload files and report incidents
– Record expenses and travel claims
– Manage their availability
– Apply for available shifts
